Join us for a five-day cheesemaking masterclass with expert cheesemaker Trevor Warmedahl. We'll learn how to take our raw milk and create a variety of cultures and cheeses. Camping available at the farm and lunches included. Tuition: $400

Trevor Warmedal is bringing his Sour Milk School to the farm August 2nd through the 6th. In this 5-day course, you’ll have the opportunity to learn a variety of traditional cheesemaking techniques with our raw milk right here on the farm. Learn about raw milk microbiology, the nuances of cheese cultures, and add cheesemaking to your homesteader’s toolkit!
